Choose the desired product and press the buy button. VAT is included in the price. By viewing the shopping cart, it is possible to alter the contents by either adding or reducing products. In order to finalize the purchase, click on the ”finalize order” button and fill in the required fields. Familiarise yourself with the product terms. Agreeing to the conditions is a requirement for the purchase. After confirming the order you will be forwarded to the payment area.
How and how fast is the delivery made?
The merchandise will be delivered during 3 working days following the payment to a SmartPost parcel terminal of your choosing. As soon as the goods reach the terminal, you will be notified via SMS with the necessary details needed to receive your package. The delivery price of 2.59 will be added to the cost of the merchandise.
In case of an urgent need for the merchandise, please find and contact the closest or most suitable franchise from their subsection. Franchises always have the offered nomenclature in stock.
The right to return goods
After receiving the goods the customer reserves the right to return the merchandise within 14 calendar days. In order to return the purchase please fill in the form that can be found on avl.metrotec.ee website. Please send the filled form to the online store’s e-mail address. The right to return will not apply to merchandise that has been used in a manner that is not necessary in order to ensure the essence, qualities and performance of the goods.
The merchandise needs to be returned to the shop within 14 days after submitting the form.
Online store will return the funds to the customer within 14 days after receiving the returnable goods.
